Pros
Simplus has taken great care to amass the best employee base in the world. Every person I've met is just so impressive in their unique way. There's a crazy amount of startup underdog energy that radiates throughout; it's very motivating. People honestly care about each other, no matter where they're all located. I feel comfortable approaching anyone, no matter where they fall on the company hierarchy. The benefits are great, if you look them up it goes without saying.
Cons
As stated in other reviews, there seem to be some growing pains. But to me this just means I have more opportunities available to myself, which is exciting Nothing else to say.
