      Company Outlook is really poor No Direction from Management Comapny is trying to get as much as salesforce certifications by philipines based fresh graduates some senior people with baggage of untrained poor fresh graduate developers i am tired of working with them no output of work from the developers and customer is really unhappy and escalating issue to senior management. the billing rate is very high compare to the resources quality $90/hr for offshore untrained junior developer Senior people focus on business generation but no maturity in the company very high politics environment

      Pros

      i worked with some great consultants, Project Manager and Directors but all of them left because of the top two management.

      Cons

      No authentic top-level leadership, lost great leaders, hardly any projects, and toxic culture. The Company is very political; management does whatever is necessary to keep power within top two.

      Infosys buy out provides opportunities if you enjoy working for an offshore GSI.

      Cons

      Not getting as many projects and company has not grown compared to other Salesforce partners. Company over promises and under delivers. Lots of internal politics.
