Pros

WFH in place, good culture and smart colleagues.

Cons

Leadership is filled with friends and family, no outsiders. No career growth for employees. Infosys merger has left a lot of questions and people jumping ship?

Thank you for providing your open feedback. We will take into consideration your recommendation for improvement on the dissemination of information -- it certainly is not our goal to have information shared via rumor. As you know we operate bi-weekly locker room meetings and monthly town hall meetings where you can ask any question you like anonymously. As to your point on a more clear career path and professional development plan this is something we feel we absolutely could improve. While there are clearly defined programs, roles, and job descriptions (all of which can be accessed via Career Builder Application in our org) we agree every employee should have a more defined career development path (our Learning & Development practice is taking this feedback seriously). To clarify, your comments regarding the motives of Simplus and Infosys are simply not accurate. As you are already aware we share our company financial metrics openly in all company meetings and cash flow was never an issue or catalyst for being acquired. We were pursued by Infosys and found an incredible opportunity for Simplus to maintain a stand-alone subsidiary in the Infosys family, while partnering with Infosys to build their brand into the Salesforce.com space globally. You are encouraged to join our monthly integration company wide optional meetings (or the full overview provided and posted in slack) for further direction and insight regarding the overall strategy, timeline and how you can participate. In general if you are still an active employee of Simplus I would strongly encourage you to speak with your manager and share your concerns.

Pros

If you are a brown nose climber, this is the place for you.

Cons

Company is buying many small firms in a run up to selling to a bigger player. If you are not in sales or marketing, you will deal with the poo rolling downhill.

Pros

I have worked at a few companies in my career and everyone of them has been a different experience. There have been a few where the workload was easy or just the same every day and then you clock out and go home. Others have been more challenging. I think both have their place, but when I look back on my life and really see where I have made the most difference and grown the most, it has been because of the more challenging role. It was where I had to learn, think on my feet, sometimes spend time outside the office, and apply it all. Simplus has been that kind of company, the kind that has required the absolute best that I can give. Many moments have been challenging, I have fallen on my face a few times, but this environment has allowed me to pick myself back up and be even more prepared the next time. In addition to this, we provide professional services here. Some companies I have worked for in the past have provided better services than others, but I have never worked at a company that has more talent. I interact with clients every day and they can't say enough about our team and how much our services have benefited them. My co-workers are a lot of fun and they do a lot for others even outside the office.

Cons

There aren't many cons that I can list. Sometimes the AC runs too high in some of the conference rooms.
