      Simpson is a strong law firm that works with the biggest banks and private equity firms. The people are generally considerate and vacations are respected.

      Cons

      Simpson staffs leanly so the hours are long and clients are demanding. The company is big and you can get lost in the hierarchy.

      Pros

      Great place to work, would highly recommend if you like a fast paced and somewhat high stress environment - full benefits (including overtime), offices are newly renovated and they have a great cafeteria.

      Cons

      Definitely be prepared to spend a lot of time in the office - not much of a work/life balance.
