Pros

Health benefits are on a sliding scale depending on your salary; right outside of Grand Central Station; great cafeteria with great food at great prices.

Cons

Word processing is managed by frazzled, uptight, condescending supervisors. Training is not good for a night shift operator and you'll get very different instructions on how to do your work and then get yelled at for not doing it right. The firm only pays up to $50 for transportation home. Work surroundings are dirty.

Great people and many perks but workload is high, spread thin and needs structure.

Location is across from Grand Central. Cafeteria is cheap and good quality. Multi cultural staff.

Cons

Needs to increase staff, add structure and fire people who work a fraction. No praise for people working hard and doing things right. Training is a joke.
