Cons

13 managers and/or directors for 23 staff members in law firm business development department. Unless you have prior business development or marketing experience you will not be considered for advancement.

Staff Attorney program has little management structure which allows for some good people to slip through the cracks and some marginal people to create the appearance of functioning at a high level of competency. Work flow depends upon whether you are part of an Insider Click of people who sabotage others they perceive as a threat to their advancement and security.
