      Pros

      The people are very pleasant to work with. There is an overall culture that encourages respect for all employees, no matter the position. I never encountered screaming attorneys or any other abusive-type actions.

      Cons

      There seems to be an assumption that the assistants don't have the ability to do more than just basic office work. The assistants should be given simple letters to compose. Or allowed to take on the responsibilities of tasks more complicated than faxing and scanning.

      usuaully dont have to work late; leaves lots of room to plan your life outside of work.

      Cons

      not enough work, period. senior management is a joke. HR is a waste of time.
