      Most of the staff is great to work with. They're friendly and care about their jobs.

      Cons

      The administration simply does not seem to have any clue what happens on a student and faculty level.

      Pros

      I have worked Simpson as a student and now has a graduate and they have always cared about not only my education but my life. The support the Simpson provides is unmeasurable. In all my positions I have had a great team who not only worked with me and cared what I have to say (even though I'm only entry level), but also never turn down an opportunity to teach me something new in my field.

      Cons

      Some people don't feel the support as strongly as I do or that they are being heard, like all the schools and businesses.
