      Pros

      Great manager, great supervisors, great people in general. I worked with the buildings manager so the time-flexibility was great.

      Cons

      One can get frustrated with employees who don't meet the minimum standard of team work.

      Pros

      Location, people that care, and (assuming you share their values/goals), the mission of the school itself.

      Cons

      Just not enough students = not enough money. Lots of turnover in leadership. Some culture issues common to stereotypical conservative/evangelical "Christian" organizations as known to North America.
