Company with great potential only functioning at 50% of itself.

Pros

The company is environmentally friendly and caters to a regional sustainability effort that seesk to one day be global.

Cons

There is a distinct lack training for managers and supervisors who are tasked with intricate tasks. The corporate upper ecehlon didn't seem to be aware that the lack of training was hurting plant efficiency at various city locations.

Pros

They are slowly hiring good people...who tend to quit (see list of cons). No problems here if you are a man.

Cons

Very little female management HR is awful - only in it for themselves, no employee support No professional development Salaries are ridiculously low Company is made up of various acquired companies, meaning lots of idiots left over from former smaller companies Too many VPs, too many managers from acquired companies who feel entitled Communication is a joke - your customers will know things about the company before you do Good people are quitting or accepting other jobs due to low salary offers

Pros

Pay is decent and there are a handfull of smart and quality people. Rising Comodity prices supports the bottom line and growth of the company.

Cons

Senior Management is highly disfunctional, lacking strategic direction, and achievement of initiatives. There is little accountablity across the organization and poor acquisition integreation resulted in poor communication and a factious company culture. Frustration and low morale is high at the staff and middle management level.
