Flexible schedule & benefits are incredible.

Cons

Management style is terrible. There is no time for training or teaching but they expect you to know everything and make ZERO mistakes. There is no respect for the employee.

Pros

The benefits rock!! My wife needed a new epipen and we went with our old insurance and it was $300. Same epipen is $10 with SimTech. Highly Recommend the generous 20% 401k Contributions
