Pros

I love having a flexible work schedule with the ability to work remote. The benefits are the best I've ever had. In fact my mom told me they were the best she'd ever seen in all her years as well!

Cons

I don't have any complaints.

Flexible schedule & benefits are incredible.

Cons

Management style is terrible. There is no time for training or teaching but they expect you to know everything and make ZERO mistakes. There is no respect for the employee.
