Pros

Demanding work, best benefits in the area.

Cons

Its DOD contracting, so the work may get annoying and bogged down with DOD training and security. Very self supervision required in some groups so it’s less good for entry level.

The work is very enjoyable. The people are very friendly. Even during crunch time people still manage to be friendly and available. Support staff is great!

Very friendly employees and management, benefits package, challenging and engaging work, opportunity to move around and try new things for personal career development

Cons

Cons are very limited. Potential for a little more managerial interaction, but it doesn't inhibit productivity or affect the mission.
