      Pros

      Good people but leaving company due to policies. Work life balance, and decent time off. It is still a good simulation technology.

      Cons

      Bad compensation and declining benefits, many good people leaving due to stagnation and less recognition of difficult work done by employees.

      - Stable work life balance - Nothing much challenging

      Cons

      - They give you job title as "Manager" but you will not mange anyone ...even not self!! - Salary sucks - Ever reducing benefits; every year you need to pay more & more out of pocket for insurance - Reduced bonus component

      this company was founded in a good position in 70s, but now competitors are catching up.

      Pros

      their product is reliable and incorporated new technology quickly. the product is used by all major industries in mechanical engineering including automobiles, aerospace, energy etc. and achieves good success. People in their development there work really hard. The company is changing rapidly to get aligned with the holding company product suite.

      Cons

      many good developers leave the company in recent years. The career path is not good. The salary is below average. A lot of meetings and talking. Only a small number of people finally get the core product moving forward.
