Pros
Great company to work for. Good pay and benefits. HR support is excellent. They don’t over manage you and let you do your job.

None that I can think of.

Pros
They keep things simple and let you do your job. Pay is good. They keep paperwork and meetings and unnecessary training to minimum.
Cons
Limited benefits. No bonus, and there is not a 401k match. But otherwise ok.
