      Pros

      - People are nice - Leadership will have a conversation with anyone if you bump into them - Benefits are good (no deductible insurance plan available, 401(k) match)

      Cons

      - Acquisitions without a plan to integrate lead to mass confusion, misdirection, and misalignment - Information silos make cross-segment collaboration extremely hard - Lack of organization in leadership is worrisome - Lack of alignment on company goals results in some toxic interactions when people are driving towards two different mutually exclusive states

      acquiriring additional companies creates a lot of grey zone space between coleagues, Some process are not defined, Merging may reduce the velocity of business Not clear the product roadmap

      Good, but need to improve fast

      Pros

      - Good benefits - Liberty to experiment - Great team (mine at least) - The culture

      Cons

      - Company without process - Lose talent to other companies because they have better salaries (We are not competitive enough) - Micromanagement from a few Managers - After so many M&A, we don't see the culture being fullfiled by Managers or other teams - Real career opportunities only happen IF you have your Manager by your side.
