      Company on a massive growth trajectory. A lot acquisitions means the portfolio of products is becoming bigger.

      Cons

      A lot of ambiguity as things are constantly changing. Many legacy platforms means a lot one needs knowledge of platforms and processes.

      Not competitive. Managers try to trick employees. Not worth it and a headache.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Fast growing, clear vision, great team and a lot of fun. Big plans for future growth and the team has consistently shown the ability to deliver on these. If you are interested in the messaging/CPaaS space Sinch is one of the best - if not the best - places to work in the industry

      Cons

      In any fast growing company there are pains and finding your way can at times be challenging but the good significantly outweighs the bad
