First and foremost, Sinch has a great company culture. The company is filled with smart and helpful colleagues and it truly feels like we are doing something important together. Another bonus is the competent and empathetic management team, which is one of the main reasons why Sinch is able to maintain this culture as we grow. Working at Sinch is stimulating, with new challenges arising all the time. You are encouraged to take these challenges on and grow and learn at the same time, all while getting support from your colleagues when you feel you are out of your depth.

To be honest wasn't very excited about Sinch when I took the job. I didn't know much about the company or the industry and didn't find it very exciting. But boy am I ever glad I started here! It's a stable, secure company that is also growing like crazy - it's a luxury to have this combination of startup vibes and growth with a safe history and backbone. I absolutely love my colleagues, who are all very talented and fun people. We really don't just work together, we play. There are regular after-work events (or at least were before COVID), and even after COVID I have several friends through work who regularly meetup for drinks or even Zoom coffee dates. Management is very transparent - as a publicly listed company, they've got to be. There are a lot of all-hands meetings to inform the company of what's going on with our business results and strategy, which is great.
