      Pros

      The people - being able to work with the best in the industry, everyone is super approachable and always keen to help. Inspiring leadership that leaves you in awe and valued as a Sincher. A non-hierarchical culture and humble founders. Really proud & privileged to be part of the growing team and excited for the journey ahead. Here, we work hard and party hard!

      Cons

      Very fast-paced and constantly changing (but we’re in the tech business so it’s a good thing!). Side note, if world domination is not on your agenda, then it’s not for you :)

      Pros

      Indeed a rocketship. A unique company in so many ways - a lot of things are under construction and there is high opportunity for high impact and to create your own work environment. If you are looking for a place were new ideas are welcomed and even encouraged, this is the place! The atmosphere is great, versatile group of employees: all ages and different industry background which makes the culture vibrant. Knowledgeable colleagues who are happy to help!

      Cons

      Okey, one thing to say. Quite boring office space that doesnt match the vibrant and playful Sinch brand. We are growing massively which has resulted in a cramped office space. However - they are currently tending to that issue!, both space and design - can't wait to see the results!

      Pros

      I've been working with Sinch for about 7 months on the operations team. They provide paid health care for employees, Human Resource Manager seems really connected to the employees and she listens to the employees needs and concerns. There is really good office moral and they have a multicultural atmosphere which is nice, they provide fully stocked kitchen with drinks and snacks, The CEO Oscar is nice and doesn't act like a big wig that doesn't have time for the little people. Everyone sits out in the open so no one feels out of touch even VP's and CEO.

      Cons

      Work from home policy could be a little better with the industry and then across the board as it seems the leadership team works a lot more from home than the other employees. The pay could be a little more competitive. We need more space,we are in conference rooms but we do have a plan for a new office to come, but think it could've happen sooner. More US presence on the global leadership team.
