Pros

Relaxed atmosphere , business casual environment Stocked snacks Benefits - Health, Aflac, Fidelity Great "lunch and learns", always appreciate learning about different organizations and how I can contribute - although sinch does not contribute to these financially. Diverse culture - the teams are multicultural and makes working with them fun

Cons

Lack of training that comes from management Lack of feedback for growth and self development Work from home days are discouraged , although other tech company promote and offer at least 2 if not more Unlimited PTO is not offered Not enough office space, people are squeezed now into conference rooms to accommodate growth - resolution for this work from home more, and offer a space that has more work tables or work space, and no desks. Great 2020 concept that would eliminate all the chaos and wasted space and moving people around constantly.

Pros

The social committee in Atlanta works hard to help keep the office motivated with different events. The benefits are on par with other organizations. Overall working there is ok. There is a more relaxed environment. There have been improvements to the management team however there should be more. The location is ok.

Cons

There are areas for improvement, comp is the first. The salaries are not market rate and everyone is aware. the corp office likes to try to keep our salaries low and don't seem to have a good grasp of what it means to live and work here. No bonuses for hard work. As americans our comp should be in line with the living standards in the US. You have to fight for a flexible schedule. The WFH is 1 day a week and it should be at least 2 to be inline with other tech companies. You should not have to lie regarding why you need to work from home more than 1 day a week. The office in Atlanta has had many changes over the past few years with all of the acquisitions. Our employees have outgrown our office space and we are now sitting in conference rooms to try to have a place to sit. We are at capacity with no sight of a change to our current space constraints. Our current US Leadership needs to be changed to someone more experienced.

Pros

Fun culture which is influenced by Sweden based ownership.

Cons

Constant consolidation of Technologies. Training new hires is difficult when so many technologies are leveraged.
