      Pros

      I think stability is one of the major Pro of the organisation afterall people are sitting in the same organization for such a long duration. If you have good relationship with your manager you can be on leave for a year still get paid and no one will get to know anything. If you are looking for a job opportunity for Sinch India (Noida Location), please make sure you match the level of the existing talent (people sitting in the organisation since 17-18 years. People are so much in love with this organisation (or perhaps they do not fit anywhere else) that they are coming back even after switching the job 2-3 times. People sitting in the organisation since long do not accept any change and listen to other person's opinion. People have major ego problem. People have a habit of not being transparent with the information. Everyone is searching for an escape goat. No one is ready to take the ownership of the task. Personal benefit has higher priority for people than organization's goal. If you have discussed something you better document it over the email, people backout from their statement.

      Cons

      Growth plans are limited to papers but are not applicable in real life. Your appraisals are at the mercy of the manager you work with. The average appraisal that you can expect is 5-7% ( which is lower than the inflation rate in india). The review cycle starts in Jaunary but the salaries are applicable from August. The management is busy filling their pockets. Sinch Global team does an employee feedback survey but managers ask the reportees to modify the feedback as per their wish. No action is taken on the feedback.
