Pros

Collaborative culture, great people who want to win together, strong tenure, dedicated leadership that cares about the people and have a strong vision to continue to grow, ability to work remote, good benefits, overall an awesome place to work!

Cons

With the many acquisitions since 2020, there has been some growing pains and not all processes are documented well. We don't have a good onboarding program so new hires will need to be proactive in learning and networking. These are things that are getting better but are not great (yet).

Pros

Great product suite, flexible work life balance

Cons

The leaders here are thoroughly incompetent. Communication between your role and a leader consists of corporate jargon and fluffy buzzwords rather than concrete answers and actions. The CEO has not delivered on her promises to unite the brands they have acquired through acquisition.

Some people in top management are incompetent and barely know to execute things, leading to chaos. Not much growth.
