      Pros

      Working with Sales team for last 5.5 years in India. 1. The efforts and hard work you put in is appreciated and rewarded too. 2. The work culture is not restrictive in terms on work timings. The idea is to complete the task instead of clocking the time 3. Team is supporting and goes extra miles in order to achieve the targets 4. Few training programs like coaching and LinkedIn learning were extended, which was indeed quite helpful. 5. Team bonding activities like EWF, festival celebration or spotlights are engaging.

      Cons

      The employee feedback survey can be taken on quarterly basis instead of annual. Salary standardization should be completed in next a year or so.

      Poor Integration and Leadership

      Intelligent individual contributors that work hard. Innovative product teams.

      Cons

      Sinch lost its way after multiple acquisitions and never quite got on track. Formerly Mailgun, the arm of the business I work in has struggled under a VP who is entirely unengaged. The compensation is below industry standard. The leads & prospecting yield few customer meetings. It's impossible to consistently hit quota no matter how strong of a seller you are.
