      Pros

      Great life work Balance, Good HR policies, Decent incentives and appraisals. Good Culture, Parties and Team Outings are good.

      Cons

      Exposure to new technolgies is not very good, Don't expect to much in terms of innvoatiion and creative ideas in terms of technology. Way behind in terms of tech stack used in few areas as compared to other good players within the same domain and business.
