      -A company that truly holds to their values while simultaneously working to provide a fun work environment where everyone can find their place to grow & learn -Have yet to meet someone who isn't kind, collaborative and motivated -Remote work but they don't expect you to be online 24/7 -Opportunity to make an impact in a large organization

      Pros

      Started off as a great place to work, and a lot of fun, new challenges to confront and a clear path forward. The people are great.

      Cons

      As the acquired companies started to have less autonomy to work independently, the path forward became less clear. It was very obvious that there was no real, cohesive company strategy and on top of that, work was done in silos. This meant a ton of redoing things, unclear expectations and general frustration day-to-day. It's probably unrealistic to expect job security nowadays, but eirher way you won't find any here. Nor will you find high salaries. Just chaos and confusion.
