Pros

Other than benefits, I do not see any pros working with the Sinclair team.

Cons

The management has the authority to do anything they want to you, and the HR department and the company have no right to say anything. Sinclair has taken our company's ownership, and since then, they have made our work environment toxic and brought their team without interviewing any other candidate. Even their interview process is not transparent.

Decent benefits and PTO, being up to add a week of personal days for 1% of salary was cool

Cons

The alt-right content you were forced to run. News director making changes to packages to make it seem more favorable for a republican candidate. Layoffs. Just avoid it.

• literally nothing this was the most traumatic work experience of my life

Cons

• sexiest sales people • horrible management - extremely hostile work environment. If my manager was having a bad day so were you. • rules and policies change ALL THE TIME management holds you accountable for all errors even if you haven’t grasped the task yet or properly been trained on them. • managers do NOT care about you or your personal life. It’s all about money. • zero consideration for suggestions or ideas they are blown over almost immediately • SO MUCH TADDLE TAILING minor minor issues were being brought up to management for zero reason • horrible internal procedures that make zero sense
