Workload is beyond heavy. Unrealistic budget goals and expectations for this market & station rank. No sales assistants to alleviate day-to-day admin work - sales reps do it ALL. Management pushes their own agenda from "corporate" rather than focusing on what's right for clients. People are spread too thin, so things slip through the cracks. Huge company that only sees numbers, not people.

Management is out of touch n a local level. Corporate is even worse! Sinclair U is a ripoff that will absolutely bankrupt you in two years if you try to leave for better pay. They promise a salary with no commission for two years then, unless your management team gives you some agency biz to sustain a base, you are pretty much at zero. No care given to newer employees who have not been able to "claim" an account although zero progress made in years on it as a prospect. Constant sexual harassment if you're a woman. It is just part of the culture it seems.
