Management is behind you. Everyone works hard. I really liked living in Columbus. I learned a lot

Like all Newsrooms there are ups and downs, but in my long time there the ups out weighed the downs. People are very friendly and are still my friends.

Cons

What is lacking is upkeep of equipment and departments fighting with others. Sometimes it was hard to put out a great news product when engineering department would not let us set up live shots because they are not doing their job.
