Great Benefits, offered remote work during pandemic , excellent IT department, fair salary

Cons

Harsh culture. Glass ceilings. Poor communication at the top level. Human Resources supports the company primarily. They ignore the staffing churn inspite of the detailed intel given at exit interviews.
