Overtime and the 100 dollars you get for shoes and other clothing given out from time to time

Cons

Lack of a figure head and a sense of planning for thing that could get accomplished as well as the bathroom conditions and very cold at night

The company just won Dealer of the Year, one of the most prestigious awards in the industry. Our growth over the past five years has pushed us into the New England markets and down to Washington D.C. Are customers are the most loyal in the industry because our focus is on service and responsiveness that our competitors can not match.

Pros

The pay will cover most monthly bills?

Cons

It’s an extremely chaotic environment. Management doesn’t listen to the rest of their team. If something goes wrong it’s just one big blame game and no one takes responsibility or makes an effort to fix it. Cost of benefits are high. Pay really isn’t that competitive. If you go above expectations, be prepared to take on everyone else’s work. Just save yourself the time and energy, kiss up to management and you can get by without lifting a finger every day.
