Pros

The company often gives us extra days off for holidays, which is nice. Pay is sufficient and they give reviews every year, in which you get a raise if performance is good. Unlike other companies that make you beg for a raise.

Cons

You can never leave early, take a sick day, a personal day, or get 2 days in a row off without using vacation hours. Managers NEVER work weekends yet the staff is expected to work every single weekend. A little more flexibility with this would be the best way to keep employees happy and motivated. While we understand the need for staff on the weekend, there is also a need for balance of work and life. When you never get 2 days in a row off, it is hard to have any kind of social or travel life.

Free Rent, Contracted Snow Removal and Landscape, Contracted Drywall and Tile. Save and bank your money while you live for free, then Move on!

Cons

No Loyalty to Staff, Little Appreciation shown, Extreme Favoritism to some (The regional Managers Son is a Supervisor within her own portfolio and gets away with performing sub-par work and allowed to smoke weed all day in his apartment with his maintenance guys), High level management is not involved enough, allowing middle management the ability to ruin reputations and run off good employees.
