      Pros

      Being a part of a well known company in the Michigan multi-family industry. Friendly corporate level staff.

      Cons

      Underpaid compared to other property management companies. Tasks and responsibilities are increased, but staff is not compensated and expected to take them on and can be penalized of not properly fullfilled. This is likely due to company trying to find ways to save money. It is a business after all.

      The ability to be promoted inside the business, being able to pick up shifts

      Cons

      The workers health isn't put first. So you can be on your death bed and they still want you to come in for work.
