when I was there, I liked celebrating Hospital Week, the family portraits around the holiday times, and them letting us sell back our PTO time to put more money on our Christmas check. I don't think they do that any more though.

Cons

My boss at the time thought his name was on the Hospital so he wasn't a very easy going man when he didn't get his way. He's no longer there now.
