Co workers are wonderful. Everyone has each other's back. Pay is fair.

Cons

Controversy over benefit fiasco. Hospital is not seen in a good light over this. Sometimes it feels as though our ability to take care of our patients is questioned because of this.

At one time SRHS had a great department that helped employees grow within the organization.

Cons

There are so many different changes within the organization. I'm hoping things will work out for the best for everyone within this organization.
