Understaffed-overworked, Low pay for position, mandatory Overtime,

They hire lazy people and expect the worker bees to do all the work. Management turns a blind eye to what is going on. They need to drug test current employees. Favoritism is shown, plenty of current and employees that transfers other departments should have been fired during their probation period. Tardiness is allowed by certain employees, long lunches, only doing minimal work and taking breaks all day. Employees half do their jobs, they don't care about updating patient information and this only hurts the patient when their insurance never gets billed. Employees should not be allowed to walk around at work with earbuds in, it is unprofessional.
