The owner had a condescending attitude, always treating people like they were incompetent or clueless. It felt like management distrusted the entire sales team. Constantly questioning every decision we made, no matter how small. They were patronizing and dismissive, offering no real support while pretending to care about your success. Leadership seemed more interested in inflating their egos than in actually understanding what their employees needed to succeed. The upper management doesn't believe in sharing constructive criticism privately. These awful peole believe in public humiliation, rude and disrespectful behavior, and even verbal abuse. It can lead to terrible depression. Please stay awy if you can
