      * SingleStore (formerly MemSQL) is 12 years old but still has a startup feel with 400+ employees. * People are easy to talk with and are always willing to help * Management is approvable

      Cons

      * Company is still growing and does not have a well set of processes in place yet * Onboarding is a little lacking for non developers

      Pros

      The db system problem is challenging, the db market is competitive, people think about new solutions everyday. If you enjoy database tech talk in school or online, this can be a good match.

      Cons

      I can list several items such as codebase quality, diversity but I would recommend thinking about how important they are to you, and what you can contribute and learn here.

      The only thing I liked was that the company was small, so there was not much scope for internal politics or drama.

      Cons

      In this organization, results matter the most. They don't care how you do the work. You just need to get the results they desire. It could be stressful and frustrating most of the time.
