      Pros

      SingleStore is a great company for those who are interested in building with a quickly growing company- this involves potentially building processes and/or changing gears as the company evolves. There’s a palpable excitement amongst new hires, and everyone is working towards the same goal.

      Cons

      As with any company with quick growth, it’s for those who feel comfortable with changing priorities, restructuring of teams, and at times ambiguous next steps.

      Pros

      SingleStore has a fast-paced environment that has the excitement of a startup but with much of the risk removed. It really feels like people are pulling together as a team, and aren't afraid to wear different hats or go above and beyond to make each other successful.
