Pros
I was little skeptical to join this company when I was offered a position. I took a day to read all the reviews (good and the bad ones). I saw couple of reviews where and former employee was not happy and his/her review was not good.
However, I trusted my boss, did my research and joined the company. I did not even complete 2 months in the company, but for sure, I'm supremely confident that this is an excellent company to work with.
- Easy processes to work with
- Each every section of the process has a tool and you don't need anyone support or guidance to move forward.
- Everything is automated.
- Excellent in house support from HR, Finance, IT
- I do not want to list the perks here as I don't want to ruin your surprise.
- Every time I talk to my boss, the first thing he asks me is if I'm happy and is there anything that he can do for me to make my day better. I'm working from the last 20 years and served more than 25 bosses till now. Apart from couple of them, I don't think anyone bothered to inquire about my satisfaction.
- Company on track to grow, we received good amount of funding from big players in the market (check the info by yourself and you will be amazed).
- The product is excellent and solves many pain points for enterprise level organisations.
- Management is always open to her your thoughts, suggestions, feedback and they value your opinion.
- Work life balance is a big plus here as the company doesn't force you to WFH or WFO. It is upto you to decide.
