      There are experienced people here who genuinely know their work and were the main source of learning.

      Cons

      Decision making dragged on endlessly, creating confusion and wasted effort. Leadership hesitated, change direction, and then looked for someone else to carry the blame when choices failed . While it is uncomfortable to speak harshly, the lack of competence was impossible to ignore.

      Pros

      I work with engineers who care about quality work, and that makes my day easier. The environment is calm and intentional, and most conversations come with a solution attached. I learn better habits around clear updates and steady follow-through. This place works for me because internal noise stays low and respect stays high.

      The acquisition resulted in widespread layoffs, and unfortunately the process was handled poorly. Employees were given little transparency or support, and the overall approach felt impersonal and careless. How people are treated during difficult transitions says a lot about a company’s values, and this experience was deeply disappointing.
