      Many interesting projects to work on, and make a noticeable impact Very smart engineers on every team and leadership in engineering is top notch Coworkers are enjoyable to work with

      Pros

      Management is investing in positive social change and engagement, including matching donations and 5 days off per year for employees to volunteer. I really like my colleagues; virtually everyone is dedicated, smart, and helpful.

      Cons

      No 401K matching yet as we're still a startup.
