- Amazing people to work with, people who want to make a difference and contribute to the growth - Good benefits and perks - Flexible leave policy - Room to learn and grow - Diverse culture, collaborative environment

Cons

Onboarding of international staff can get challenging as most of the team sits in the US. Had to figure out a lot of thing on my own but people were very helpful. Once I settled in, have not faced any challenges so far.

I joined SingleStore because I knew the technology was top notch and much needed in the market, plus those leading the company are experienced and well-equipped to fuel its growth trajectory. I discovered that the people treat each other with respect, trust and they work together without egos or agendas getting in the way. So refreshing!

Cons

Because the company is growing, there is an abundance of things to do. But that is exciting and not a "con" for people who like to be a part of building together.
