      Pros

      Having worked in a toxic workspace (and in India there are quite a few of them), SingleStore is way ahead of the curb to make employees comfortable. They have a genuine interest in your growth and set you up for success, rather than "just do this or do that, or do what you are told to do" approach, the rest obviously is up to you. Every one is quite helpful, empathetic and willing to hear you out.

      - Amazing people to work with, people who want to make a difference and contribute to the growth - Good benefits and perks - Flexible leave policy - Room to learn and grow - Diverse culture, collaborative environment

      Cons

      Onboarding of international staff can get challenging as most of the team sits in the US. Had to figure out a lot of thing on my own but people were very helpful. Once I settled in, have not faced any challenges so far.
