Pros

Solid pay, motivated management, plenty of resources, great product, big addressable market, open to feedback, room to grow.

Cons

Typical startup cons. Many little things need to optimized/implemented. Marketing/sales need to be in more alignment. RevOps has a bunch of things to fix/improve. The company is still trying to standardize sales process, onboarding, overall sales setup. There are many parts of the sales organization that need to standardize, but that's what happens when a Startup is growing fast. These areas are all constantly being improved upon, but if you're coming from a well-oiled machine, think about if you want to jump into a true startup enviornment

Pros

Business has been growing in the last few quarters. The trend is looking good. A small company but yet very stable in the COVID 19 time. Everyone is working from home. Development is not been disrupted a bit. Honest and direct communications from the top frequently. Lots of challenging tasks; never get board. Full of talented employees. This is a good environment to learn and grow.

Cons

Development process is too coarse grained. Benefits are just average.
