      A bunch of family trying to run a company. Everyone is a neighbour, relative, or cousin to everyone else. Choose wisely. They really don't know what they are doing.

      I get to work on a modern database product with interesting, varied technical problems. The support and engineering teams are collaborative, approachable, and willing to jump in when needed. I gain strong exposure to real customer workloads, with a culture of ownership and flexibility around remote work and hours.

      Best suited to people who enjoy a fast-paced environment, are comfortable with shifting priorities, and like taking ownership.A great fit if you enjoy collaborating across time zones and continuously learning as the product evolves.
