      Looking at the current trend of the product and customer adoption and having a niche area in the Cloud native market, the company is definitely heading in the right direction with all the strategic moves.

      Pros

      If someone who wants to work on the core technologies, MemSQL is the organization that they should aim for. Right from the beginning of the interview, the onboarding process, one-on-one sessions/introduction , trainings that were offered.. all were beyond someone can expect. I had a positive experience so far. You got to learn a lot to come-up to the speed.. but that's part of any new technology that someone is willing to undertake. Amazingly brilliant people and at the same time extremely helpful..I never felt that I was let down at any stage. I love the org, the people, the cutting edge technology. Sky is the limit for MemSQL.

      Pros

      Lots of exciting technology, very hands on. Excellent people always willing to help and very bright engineers. Future looks bright. Very open.

      Cons

      The fast growing pace sometimes leads to internal processes to not always being adequate. Work hours follow the work needs. If you're looking for a 9 to 5 job, look elsewhere.
