1. Absolutely amazing culture right from the top management to the junior employees particularly in engineering. 2. Everyone in engineering is super motivated and is ready to lift others grow, and go beyond petty politics for the greater benefit of the employee and the company. 3. Ample holidays to recharge and relax. 4. A terrific culture of async work - no meetings unless necessary and no constraint of working hours - totally driven by output and trust. 5. International team which is globally distributed gives a chance to engage with different cultures, giving great exposure. 6. Pay is really good comparable to big tech in India.

Cons

1. Things move fast so if you are a slow learner or maybe coming from a top tier big tech company, you will feel the pace difference and need to adapt to it. 2. Quick task completion expectations, although people support each other there is a general expectation to complete things quickly and in the beginning this might feel overwhelming. 3. Low scale, still growing so not a huge chunk of customers, many features go unsold/unused. 4. If you are not self-motivated to work, especially since this is a remote environment, it might become tough at times to show output and result in broken trust with the team.
