Not all companies are created equal when it comes to creating a winning culture, the team at MemSQL is one of the best. There is continued market validation from leading enterprises that MemSQL's technology closely aligns with high-priority company initiatives like digital transformation, machine learning and real-time applications.

Cons

Being a startup means we're building processes and systems for the first time. While often successful there can also be learning curves but MemSQL embraces these opportunities and supports us in doing the same.
