Pros

SingleStore is a great company. I was given a warm welcome and everyone went out of their way to help me get started. The company really cares for its people, for example with a stipend for physical & mental wellness. And the technology is very well received in the market.

Cons

Couldn't think of any -- other than SingleStore being a disruptive company that needs to carve out its place in the IT spectrum. But that's what we're here for!
