      You will work along and independently.

      Cons

      Employees get to work independently in this company, but that mostly just mean that you won't receive any support nor guidance from the management. The managers also won't provide you with enough resources unless you beg and nag them for these. I don't recommend working here.

      Pros

      Working at SingleStore is really good because there's a lot of growth opportunities, and while the product is very good already, there's still a lot of hard things to build and explore. If you like to solve hard technical problems, this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      There's no emphasis at all on hiring with diversity in mind and there's a lot of homogeneity in the management and leadership team. The infrastructure team is extremely uncollaborative and doesn't listen or care about other teams.
